Dave is the most professional Realtor we have ever dealt with. The first time we met with him, he provided all the information and materials that we could possibly need to make decisions regarding pricing, etc. Dave provided us with a first rate advertising program and kept us informed weekly as to activity regarding our property. While our previous agent had not shown the house even once in the 10 months she had it listed, Dave began showing the house immediately. Dave always gave us ample warnings of showings and follow ups regarding how the showings went. When we finally had a buyer, Dave handled so many of the details so that we didn't have to , and kept us informed all the way to the closing.
